A Letter From Pastor Bud

March 17th, 2020

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

After much prayer, consideration and research the elders of Calvary Chapel Chico have decided that love requires us to suspend all open services and meetings at Calvary Chapel Chico until further notice.

We will continue to have fresh expository teaching of God’s Word during our regular service times. We will stream these services on our website and broadcast them on our low power FM station: KQIP 107.1
This may be a perfect time to reach out to your neighbors and invite them to watch online where they'll hear the Gospel. If they respond and receive Christ, it will provide an opportunity for you to help them on their path to discipleship.
We will continue to provide support and prayer for those in need from our pastoral staff during this time. You may call our office at 530-894-1441 and leave a message, or email us at [email protected] with your questions or concerns. We will check these messages and seek to respond to you as soon as possible.
Jesus said: “These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
John 16:33
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
Proverbs 3:5-6
“For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
Jeremiah 29:11

Weekly services will now be held exclusively online, at their regular times.
Office staff is available by phone or email.
